Upon arrival at the airport, after customs clearance, please proceed to ........Counter at the Arrival Hall opposite to Exit Gate B. Please present your travel confirmation voucher to our representative.

Kindly note : This is a shared coach transfer, the waiting time for this service can stretch up to 30 minutes.
Working Hour in Airport Counter
•Airport Counter will open on 06.00am
•Hotel - Kowloon Side: first Departure Service from Airport to Hotel at 06.15am -23.45 pm.
•Airport - Hong Kong Side: first Departure Service from Airport to Hotel at 06.30am -00.00 pm.
**The last pick up time for Airport - Hotel in Hongkong Island Area will be departure on 00.00hrs**
Notes:
- Multiple stops will not be allowed.
- Un-utilised transfers are non-refundable.
- Driver’s Tip is not included and it is at your discretion.
- Please note that scheduled timing are subject to traffic conditions.
Luggage allowance
•Each passenger can check-in a maximum of two (2) pieces of baggage, total dimensions per bag shall not exceed 158cm(62’’) – regular size suitcases;
•Maximum weight per bag shall not exceed 20 kg.(44 lbs);
•The driver may refuse to handle baggage that are larger or heavier;
Departurel Airport Transfer Service (Hotel > Airport)
Service Hours: 05.00 am - 21.00 pm.
Last pick-up time: 21.00 pm.
Please wait at the Hotel Ground Floor Lobby 5 minutes before the pre-arranged pick up time for your transfer to airport.
About Pick up one day prior to your departure date. It is highly recommended the return transfer should be arranged at 3 hours prior to your departure flight time.

- For your transfer out from Hotel to Airport, please reconfirm the departure pick up time with our
office : xxxx-xxxx or our representative : xxxx-xxxx On departure.
